Baronet Rice

Modern rice variety, semi-long and pearl grain. In the field it is a low height plant, with thick leaves and very rustic, it has a fairly long crop cycle, but it has adapted very well to our climate.
It is an ideal variety to control wild rice in our paddy fields.
Culinarily speaking, it is a rice that absorbs soups and stir-fries very well, it has a good balance between absorption and texture, it is ideal for making soupy or boiled rice, but also for making paellas, where it is sweet and with a special texture.
